CFL ECObulb 5W 12 volt MR-16 Par Reflector BPESLEXN (produces 20W incandescent equivalent light output) is a suitable replacement for up to 50W 12V MR16 bulb. MR16s are commonly found in track lighting, retail displays and decorative home lighting. This bulb produces a subdued cool-white light which is terrific for task lighting and suspended fixtures over a surface. We've also heard from our customers that it's great for landscape lighting; the broad beam of subtle light produced is much more effective than the more focused beams from halogen bulbs. If you're seeking a spot light replacement, however, this won't be the bulb for you.
